iThick-700 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

The thickness gauge adopts the principle of pulse reflection ultrasonic measurement, which is suitable for the measurement of the thickness of various materials in which the ultrasonic can propagate at a constant speed and get the reflection from the back.

This instrument can accurately measure various plates and various processed parts.

It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace and other fields.

For different applications, the instrument is divided into basic type, high temperature type, cast iron type and precision type.

The principle of ultrasonic thickness measurement is similar to that of optical wave measurement.

The ultrasonic pulse emitted by the probe reaches the measured object and propagates in the object.

When it reaches the material interface, it is reflected back to the probe.

The thickness of the measured material is determined by accurately measuring the time of ultrasonic propagation in the material.

The instrument adopts the "echo-echo" technology to remove the coating thickness on the surface of the workpiece and measure the net thickness of the body.

Due to the use of single crystal thickness probe, the lower limit of the measurement range can reach 0.15mm.
