Product Feature:
●Adopting the principles of interface echo and bottom echo difference (IE) thickness measurement and pulse reflection (PE) ultrasonic measurement, it has” PE、 IE、 Testing” three measurement modes to accurately measure thickness through coatings.
●The display resolution is 0.01mm, with an error limit of 0.4% H (where H is the thickness of the workpiece), high accuracy .
●Equipped with zero point calibration and sound velocity calibration functions, it can automatically correct system errors and also measure sound velocity through known thickness of blocks.
● It can store complete measurement information, including thickness values, sound velocity, and time information, store 500 sets of measurement results; The LCD display has adjustable contrast and LED backlight display, which can clearly display measurement content in various lighting environments, such as thickness value, coupling status, power status, calibration status, sound velocity, time, etc.
●Powered by two No. 5 alkaline batteries, it can work continuously for up to 5 hours (without backlight) and has a battery level indicator function.
●Continuous 2-minute (adjustable) automatic shutdown, and also equipped with a switch button for easy user operation.
●Settings including:Measurement units (metric and imperial), scanning modes (on and off), beep notification, flashing alarms, probe parameters, restore default settings, send data to the computer, delete files, delete all data, contrast, system time, standby time, etc, also view version information.

●Cold light source, no heat radiation, low temperature rise on the surface of the illuminated product, solving the problem of thermal damage in the inlay process.
●Transparent light-curing inlay fills the void in the sample, realising a close bond between the sample and the inlay, so that the sample is well protected and supported during grinding and polishing.
