Users can master it after simple training or by referring to the user manual, facilitating the learning of metallographic knowledge and popularizing operations.

The system includes main functions such as image editing (with over ten functions including image acquisition and storage), image processing (like image enhancement and overlay), image measurement (dozens of functions such as perimeter, area, and percentage content measurement), and various output methods (data table, histogram, image printing).

It also comes with specific metallographic software packages from Mikrosize, covering grain size measurement rating, non-metallic inclusion measurement and rating, pearlite and ferrite content measurement and rating, ductile iron graphite spheroidization rate measurement, thickness measurement of decarburization layer, carburization layer, and surface coating, phase area measurement in ferritic and austenitic stainless steels, analysis of primary and eutectic silicon in high silicon aluminum alloys, and titanium alloy material analysis, etc. Additionally, Mikrosize's offering contains nearly 200 metallographic diagrams of commonly used metal materials for comparison, meeting the metallographic analysis and inspection needs of most units. For new materials and imported grade materials with unentered evaluation standards, Mikrosize provides customization and entry services.
