Product Details

  • Equipped with a pointer-type dial, the results are displayed directly, and the experimental results can be read directly, with a minimum resolution of ≥0.5J.

  • The results can be compared with the microcomputer display results.

  • The pendulum adopts a cir- cular design, which can reduce energy loss caused by air resistance.

  • The anvil is processed with special materials and spe- cial technology, featuring impact resistance and wear resistance.

  • The main machine is equipped with a built-in screen (optional), and the control buttons of the equipment are installed below, which are used to control the pen- dulum to start, release and impact.

  • Equipped with an emergency stop button to prevent emergency situations.

  • Power indicator light and running indicator light are used to remind the user of the current status of the equipment.

  • Equipped with a span aligner and a sample centering hammer to ensure that the sample is placed at the preset standard test position and eliminate test errors caused by sample deviation.

  • The pendulum hanging device adopts a hydraulic buffer mechanism, and the equipment will automatically pop up the safety pin after pendulum hanging to prevent the pendulum from falling accidentally.


Main Interface

  • Self-developed special software for impact testing machines, which can control the equip- ment to conduct experiments through the software, including: pendulum starting, automatic feeding (optional), impact, and pendulum dropping.


New Sample

  • Before the experiment, it is necessary to create new sample information. The size informa- tion has been filled in according to the standard by default, and the user can adjust it freely according to the actual situation.

  • The sample number, experiment date, experimenter and other information can be edited for easy searching later.


Historical Data

  • For the saved experimental data, the historical data search function is supported, and the search can be conducted by date, number, operator and other information.


Experimental Report Export

  • Supports the generation of reports from experimental data. Two report export formats: Word and Excel.

Settings

  • The basic parameters of the equipment can be set in the setting interface. Non-profession- als should not modify the parameters at will, otherwise the experimental results of the equipment will have errors.

  • The display language can be set now, with Chinese and English as the default, and the lan- guage can be customized according to customer needs.

  • Manual feeding or automatic feeding (optional) can be selected.
