Product Description

Structure and characteristics

1. Inside the laboratory

A. Spray tower: the built-in glass nozzle is placed inside the spray pipe, and the spray is dispersed into the laboratory through the tower pipe approach and the conical disperser ;

B. Spray regulator: adjust the size of spray volume, increase the spray volume and decrease the spray volume;

C. Salt water preheating tank: located at the bottom of the spray tower, the salt water in this tank is injected into the preheating tank through a salt water replenishment bottle. The water level in the preheating tank is controlled by a floating ball and can be automatically controlled. There is a drainage outlet for cleaning at the bottom of the tank controlled by a silicone plug;

D. Collector: The amount of mist sprayed by the nozzle is poured into an 80cm2 funnel (other specifications of funnels need to be calculated according to this ratio) cup in a self falling manner, and then flows into the measuring cup through a channel.

E. Wet bulb cup: L-shaped wet bulb cup is a container for water when using humidity;

F. Storage rack: This rack is made of plastic steel, so the weight of the midpoint is limited to no more than 2kg. If placed separately, it can still withstand up to 10kg. There are two rows of circular holes on both sides of the storage rack, which are used to place storage rods at a vertical angle of 15 degrees and 30 degrees;

G. Filter: used to filter impurities in salt solution, ensuring that the nozzle is not blocked by impurities;

H. Heating water tank: attached to the bottom of the laboratory, this water tank is used to fill Water heating for heating to keep the temperature and humidity of the experiment stable, and its function is heating and insulation.

2. Surrounding the laboratory

A. Wet and dry bulb thermometer: read the temperature and humidity in the test room;

B. Metering bucket: collect the spray volume of each test, 50ml marking;

C. Sealing the water tank: using the principle of water sealing to avoid the leakage of salt mist;

D. Saturated air tank: it is placed at the bottom of the control box, and its function is that the air is heated and humidified by this tank, and acts on the nozzle spray after reaching the saturation humidity;

E. Salt water replenishment tank: automatically replenish the salt solution in the salt water preheating tank;

F. Test cover: Roof type diagonal perspective cover, used to cover the upper part of the laboratory and integrate it into a whole:

G. Pressure regulating valve: This valve is used to adjust the laboratory pressure (test condition 1kg/cm2) by displaying the pressure gauge when the air pressure is too high or too low;

H. Pressure gauge: The pressure displayed by the pointer of this gauge is the pressure reached when the air is heated through a saturated air barrel and conveyed to the nozzle (test condition 1kg/cm2).

I. Exhaust pipe: combined with this mist exhaust system, there should be no accumulation of water outside, so that the mist can be naturally discharged;

J. Drainage pipe: Combine the drainage pipe with the water drainage ditch to discharge the wastewater from it;

K. Water inlet: Automatically replenish the water in the laboratory and saturated barrels to normal usage conditions.

3. Control system:

A. Laboratory temperature controller: controls the temperature of the laboratory according to standard temperature settings, with salt water test at 35 ℃ and corrosion resistance test at 50 ℃;

B. Saturated air barrel temperature controller: It controls the temperature of the saturated air barrel, with a temperature setting of 47 ℃ for salt water testing and 63 ℃ for corrosion resistance testing;

C. Timer: adjustable 0.1s-9999h, can set the required time for the experiment arbitrarily, and automatically stops at the end;

(Note: Type A AD and above are equipped with an intermittent spray time timer, which is not available for ordinary models)

D. Timer: direct reading type 0-9999.9h, which can indicate the accumulation of test time and be used to record the total working time of the instrument; (For regular models only)

E. Heating water tank temperature controller: controls the water temperature of the heating water tank. This controller is used in conjunction with laboratory temperature control. When there is a significant difference in environmental temperature around the testing machine, it also needs to be adjusted. The setting method is located in the control box;

a. Salt water spray test: the laboratory temperature controller is set to 35 ℃, and the heating water tank temperature controller is set to 47 ℃ (40 ℃ -50 ℃);

b. Corrosion resistance test: The temperature controller in the laboratory is set to 50 ℃, and the temperature controller in the heating water tank is set to 65 ℃ (60 ℃ -70 ℃);

F. Power switch: luminous rocker type, controlling the overall power supply of the entire machine;

G. Instant spray switch: this function is to directly spray after turning on the switch, not subject to other external logic conditions

H. Delayed spray switch: this function is subordinate to the instant spray, that is, instant spray>delayed spray. When this function is turned on, only when the test temperature and saturation temperature reach the set value can the spray action be turned on. No spray, no timing.

I. Timed spray switch: adjustable 0.1S-9999 H and the time required for the test can be set arbitrarily, and the machine will stop automatically at the end A-type AD and above configurations come with sound and light prompts.

J. Intermittent spray switch: this function is set for special industries and special requirements. spray and intermittent cycle action are carried out within a test period (i.e. within the set value of timed spray) until timed spray is completed (This function is not available for regular models)

K. Demist switch in the cabinet: when it is necessary to check the test status during the test and when the test is completed, remove the salt mist in the test cabinet in the fastest way to see more clearly or prevent the redundant salt mist from spreading around and affecting other instruments, equipment and products when the top cover is opened. This function cannot be used together with spray (This function is not available in the M-letter models of various specifications and relies on natural air circulation for mist removal)

L. Pneumatic box opening switch, this function is a jog self-locking switch. When you want to open the test box, just click on the 0 position above this switch. At this time, the test box door will automatically open, and when you click on the 1 position, the test box door will automatically close (This configuration is available for models above 120A)

Note: This function must ensure normal gas supply

M. Over temperature alarm light: When the temperature of the heating tank exceeds the set value, this light will turn on and cut off the heating power supply;

N. Low salt water alarm light: If the water level in the brine preheating tank is below the lower limit, this light will light up. (After this light is on, the salt water can still be used for about 10 hours.)

O. End indicator light: When the required time for timing setting has ended, this light will light up and automatically stop and cut off the corresponding heating power supply;

P. Left low water level alarm light: If the water level in the heating tank is below the lower limit, this light will turn on and cut off the corresponding heating power supply;

Q. Low water level alarm light on the right: If the water level of the saturated bucket is below the lower limit, this light will light up and the corresponding heating power will be cut off.

4. Characteristics of the test chamber:

A. The entire PVC board is made of advanced three-dimensional reinforcement technology, with a strong and solid structure that never deforms in environments below 80 degrees Celsius;

B. Adopting an automatic/manual water adding system, with the function of automatically/manually replenishing the water level when the water level is insufficient. The A type AD or above configuration has an automatic water adding function without interruption during testing;

C. Precision glass nozzle, ensuring no crystal blockage after 4000 hours of use;

D. The control instruments are all on the same board, which is easy to operate and clear at a glance;

E. Equipped with dual over temperature protection, warning of insufficient water level, and effective protection to ensure safe use;

F. Customized multifunctional intelligent temperature controller, digital display, PID control;

G. The laboratory adopts a direct steam heating method, which increases the temperature quickly and shortens the standby time;

H. The spray tower is equipped with a conical disperser, which has the functions of guiding fog, adjusting fog volume, and even fog falling;

The pressure tank adopts Henry's law to heat and humidify and provide the humidity required by the laboratory.
