Description

Air Conditioning System

In the case of continuous operation of the refrigeration system, the central control system amplifies the collected temperature and humidity signals in the box, converts them to analog/digital, and compares them with the set value of temperature and humidity (the target value) after nonlinear correction. The deviation signal obtained is calculated by PID, and the adjustment signal is output. Automatically control the output power of the heater, and finally make the temperature in the box reach a dynamic balance.

Air Circulator

Air circulation device: built-in air conditioning room, circulating air duct and long-axis centrifugal fan, the use of efficient refrigerator and energy regulation system, through the efficient fan for effective heat exchange, to achieve the purpose of temperature change. Description

Refrigeration Compressor

The "French Taikang" compressor is used to form the refrigeration system. It greatly reduces the cost of the user, is conducive to reducing the noise of the equipment, extending the service life of the equipment, and improving the economy of the use of the equipment.

Working Principle of Refrigeration

Both the high and low refrigeration cycles adopt the inverse Carro cycle, which consists of an isothermal process and an adiabatic process. The process is as follows: the refrigerant is adiabatic compressed to a higher pressure by the compressor, and the work is consumed to increase the exhaust temperature, and then the refrigerant is isothermal exchanged with the surrounding medium through the condenser to transfer heat to the surrounding medium. After the refrigerant through the closure valve adiabatic expansion to do work, then the refrigerant temperature decreases. Finally, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the higher temperature object isothermal through the evaporator, so that the temperature of the cooled object is reduced. This cycle is repeated to achieve the purpose of cooling.
