●The loading system uses high-precision force value sensors and a central controller to form a closed-loop system, achieving precise control of the test force value.

●The depth measurement system uses high-precision displacement sensors, which can achieve a hardness value resolution of 0.1HR.

●The equipment loading test stage is fixed, and hardness testing is carried out by the up and down movement of the indenter.

●The fixed test platform can eliminate the coaxiality error caused by the traditional screw up and down rotation, improve the testing accuracy and repeatability, and increase the stability and work efficiency of the hardness tester.

●Adopting a high-speed and precise step control system to achieve high-precision and fast testing;
●New design, mobile head structure, using high-precision guide rails to control the precise movement of the head;
