Product Feature:

 The sulfur dioxide salt spray tester is suitable for corrosion testing of metal material protection, parts, electronic devices and industrial products, and can quickly and conveniently reproduce the corrosion process of metal surfaces after spraying and without treatment.

 It can meet the test requirements of GB9789-1988 "Metallic and other non-metallic organic coatings - Sulfur dioxide corrosion test under typical condensation conditions" and related standards for various corrosion gas tests.

 The standards this equipment complies with are: GB/T2423.17-2008/1EC 60068-2-11-1981 ASTM.B117-2009 JIS H8502 GB/T10125-2012/1SO 9227-2006 GB-T5170.8-2008 GB/T5170.11-2008 GB/T10587-2006 GB/T2423.33-2005 DIN 50188-1997.

 

 

Product Application:

 This test equipment simulates corrosion tests in artificial environments, suitable for determining the adaptability of electrical and electronic products and their materials for use under chemical corrosion conditions and for comparing the quality of metal materials with or without corrosion protection.

 It is suitable for corrosion testing for the rapid analysis of discontinuities, pores and damage in organic and inorganic coatings.

Circuit Control System

1.The main controller is equipped with a 7-inch LCD human-machine interface, and the main screen can be planned out with the test procedure.

2.Fixed conditions can set time: 0 - 999 H 59 MIN

3.Program mode can set salt spray and humidity test at the same time

4.Equipped with power-off memory device, the remaining program can be continued when power is restored.

5.The temperature rise and fall can be controlled at a rate, and has the function of self-correcting the temperature and humidity reference points.

6. The temperature and humidity sensor uses a DIN PT-100Ω (platinum sensing).

 

Air Supply System

The air pressure is 1kg/cm2 and is adjusted in two stages. The first is the imported pressure regulating filter with water filtering function, which is roughly adjusted to 2-2.5kg/cm2. The second is the imported precision pressure regulating valve, which is adjusted to the pressure gauge 1kg/cm2.

Inlet Drainage System

The system is equipped with an automatic water replenishment feature that adds water when the level is too low, and manual water addition is also available.

Humidification System
